Frame :- The Frame Is Made From Steel Construction And Their Heavy Cross Section And Rigid Design Assured Minimum Deflection And Accurate Alignment Cast Iron Legs Will Be Supplied Up To 30 Ton Press.

Crank Shaft :- Crank Shaft Made From Special Alloy Steel To With Stand The Effective Load, It Is Fitted With Gun Metal Bushes For Smooth Working With High Accuracy.

Gears & Clutch :- The Gears Are Made From Cast Steel Or Fabricated And Its Teeth’s Are Generated By Hibbing. The Clutch Is Provided Of Pin/ Rolling Key Type, It Is Also Rigid And Well Supported For The Mass Production. Clutch Can Give Continuous Stroke.

Flywheel :- The Flywheel Is Made From Graded Cast Iron For Strength And Is Balanced For Efficient And Releasing Adequate Energy For The Pressing Operations.

Lubrications :- Lubrication System Has Been Provided For Lubrication The Sliding Surface And Moving Parts.

Table & Ram :- Table And Ram Are Made From High Grade Heavy Duty Cast Iron & Properly Seasoned. They Are Perfectly Aligned To Match Each Other To Obtain High Accuracy & Precision Press Operation.
