Crank Shaft :- Crank Shaft Made From Special Alloy Steel To With Stand The Effective Load, It Is Fitted With Gun Metal Bushes For Smooth Working With High Accuracy.

Gears & Clutch :- The Gears Are Made From Cast Steel Or Fabricated And Its Teeths Are Generated By Hobbing. The Clutch Is Provided Of Pin/ Rolling Key Type, It Is Also Rigid And Well Supported For The Mass Production. Clutch Can Give Continuous Stroke.

Flywheel :- The Flywheel Is Made From Gradead Cast Iron For Strength And Is Balanced For Efficient And Releasing Adequate Energy For The Pressing Operations.

Lubtication :- Lubrication System Has Been Provided For Lubrication The Sliding Surface And Moving Parts.

Table & Ram :- Table And Ram Are Made From High Grade Heavy Duty Cast Iron & Properly Seasoned. They Are Perfectly Aligned To Match Each Other To Obtain High Accuracy & Precision Press Operation.
